Success in any major change effort, technical or otherwise, depends largely on the way people try to implement it. When individuals and teams operate with an inward mindset, they invite resistance that undermines collaboration and creativity and ultimately dooms projects. On the other hand, when people operate with an outward mindset, they minimize friction and resistance and invite helpful responses from others—the kind of willing collaboration that project success depends upon.  During this session you will learn about the practical power of outward mindset approaches and the correlation of outward mindset efforts and organizational change-effort success.
