Every SAP project team member needs a toolkit - a handy collection of all the technologies, how-to’s, and best practices needed to do their job. Super users, in particular, require a robust toolkit as they take on the task of engaging all team members in the correct - and most productive - use of SAP. During this session, we'll highlight two key enablers: the ability to easily create and easily share learning content. Super users must be able to do both to get the 'know how' to those who 'need to know'. We'll demo the rapid authoring and publishing capabilities in SAP Productivity Pak (aka ANCILE uPerform) and highlight several organizations who've equipped their super users to engage end users.
